Who we are
CuCu ("we") operates usecucu.com. CuCu is pre launch. You can contact us at hello@usecucu.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (a prototype walkthrough request, an executive demo request, or an early access request), we collect your name, work email, and company. Some forms also ask whether you are a brand, agency, creator, investor, or other. Our website host and form provider may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from spam.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, arrange demos and walkthroughs, share access to the CuCu prototype where we approve a request, keep you informed about CuCu if you ask for early access, and protect the site from misuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
Who can see it
The CuCu team, and the service providers that help us run the site and handle form submissions and email. They may process your data only to provide those services.
Where it is stored
Your data may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to respond, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to receive updates, at any time by emailing hello@usecucu.com. Data protection laws in your country may give you further rights.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
